  New spacious flats for rent

  From May, Residential Park Baarova will have spacious 3+kk flats available for rent ranging in size from 106 to 140 square meters. The flats have built-in closets, designer bathroom fixtures and fully equipped kitchens (all cabinetry and a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave and exhaust fan). Each flat has a reserved parking space and a basement storage room with an area of 6 square meters and 3.5 meters high.

  Residential Park Baarova Awarded Two Prizes in the Real Estate Project of the Year Contest

  Thursday, 1st November 2012 saw the Real Estate Congress with announcement of final results of the second year of the Real Estate Project of the Year 2012 contest. Residential Park Baarova, which has been developed by PASSERINVEST GROUP, scooped two prizes in this contest – an award for project executed within the area of Prague 4 and the Architects Prize.

  The Residential Park Baarova is situated in Michle quarter of Prague, between Baarova and Telcska streets and Baaruv Park, immediately adjacent to the BB Centre. It comprises three separate residential buildings enclosing a modern inner courtyard with a charming interior garden designated strictly for residents. Every building has separate entrances, both from the street as well as from the adjacent Barruv Park with a lovely pond and a large water fountain. Entrances to the residential area are secured by means of card system – security and privacy of residents are also supported by the non-stop main concierge and CCTV.

  Residential Park Baarova Was Awarded in the Construction of the Year 2012 Competition

  The results of the 20th Construction of the Year competition were announced in the building of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic on Thursday, 4th October 2012. Organized by the Architecture and Building Foundation (Nadace pro rozvoj architektury a stavitelství), this competition aims to inform both professionals and the general public about the level of the Czech construction industry and architecture.

  One of the prizes awarded at the prize giving ceremony, The Prize of the Lord Mayor of the City of Prague, went to the Residential Park Baarova, developed by PASSERINVEST GROUP. The Residential Park Baarova, located immediately adjacent to BB Centrum in Prague–Michle, was recognized as making the most significant contribution to the development of the City of Prague.

  The overall winner of the competition is a Franciscan Monastery reconstruction in Hostinné. It is the only historic building by the constructor Wolfgang Dienzenhofer on the territory of the Czech Republic.

  RESIDENTIAL PARK BAAROVA IS APPROVED!

  A new residential development known as the Residential Park Baarova, was officially approved for use at the end of April. Circumscribed by Baarova Street, Baar Park, U Michelské školy and Telčská streets, the project – like the entire complex of BB Centrum – has been developed by PASSERINVEST GROUP.   Convenient parking in the underground garage

  New owners living in their apartments in the Residential Park Baarova will be provided, among other things, with excellent parking facilities, covered by a CCTV system. Located below ground, they will allow anybody to park their vehicles conveniently, including the owners of large-sized cars, as the vertical clearance of the garage is 2.4 m. Parking spaces are also extremely wide: from 2.5 to 2.8 m. Moreover, the access ramps have a sufficient width to allow people drive comfortably up and down.
