LIGNIS, a high standard door manufacturer, has opened a showroom where those interested can examine customized doors to their new home in the Residential Park Baarova. You can see a safety entrance door with a Wenge veneer finish and Tupai stainless safety fittings. The apartments delivered in the CLASSIC standard have interior single-leaf doors in lead lined door frames, a Wenge tropical veneer finish, 210 cm in height. For comparison, the MODERN standard interior doors are available with a lacquered veneer finish.

PASSERINVEST GROUP has commenced the sale of apartments
The Residential Park Baarova will be developed between Baarova, Telčská streets and Baar Park. This area enjoys extremely easy access by car as well as the city public transport, along with having excellent service facilities. Aside from a wide range of shops and services, there are numerous restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, along with a wellness and fitness club known as Balance Club Brumlovka. In addition, an Albert supermarket, a dm chemist’s and other shops are due to open in the nearby Building FILADELFIE. There are also health facilities, a pharmacy, a Czech Post office, a kindergarten and basic school, as well as the recently opened Community Centre.
The self-contained complex of Residential Park Baarova consists of three independent buildings A, B, C, with a modern inner yard and garden between them. Each of the buildings has its separate entrance from the street and the newly created Baar Park. For security reasons, there is an access card system, along with a closed television circuit, to monitor the entrances into the complex. The 24/7 central reception desk will be at your disposallocated in Building A round the clock. All of the 139 apartments are designed to a high standard, with two to six rooms, a balcony, a terrace or a garden. They vary in size from 50 to 170 square metres and, in addition to high quality living space, they offer cellars and garage places, included in the price.
“The selected site is undoubtedly a proper place for housing due to its location. We are convinced that BB Centrum should come complete with a residential section. The Passerinvest Group is noted for developing quality products and, accordingly, we also aim at the high middle class of apartments in the Residential Park Baarova. In my opinion, there will be some apartments where the buyers actually live as well as others that will be bought as a future investment. Thanks to the nearby BB Centrum, numerous people might be motivated to rent an apartment there on a temporary basis,” says Radim Passer, Chairman of the Board, PASSERINVEST GROUP.
The architectural concept of the new Residential Park Baarova is of a natural and fluent passage between the original villa area and the nearby modern multipurpose BB Centrum. “Naturally, the sculptural attitude to this exceptional community requires relatively expensive and volume specifically material, which is timeless and extremely appropriate to Prague’s needs. This is why we have decided for sandstone. Imagine that you grasp a huge sandstone block and, similarly to the works by the modern sculptor Brancusi, shape it into an expressive form suitable for residential purposes. Then the stone structure will enter into a permanent dialogue with light, air, space and the adjacent park,” explains Vít Máslo from CMC architects.
The developer of the Residential Park Baarova, PASSERINVEST GROUP, is planning to complete the complex within18 months.

Foundation Stone Ceremony of the Residential Park Baarova
The foundation stone ceremony is a significant occasion in the history of every building. This important event was attended by Radim Passer, Chairman of the Board, PASSERINVEST GROUP, Václav Černý, Sales Manager, PASSERINVEST GROUP, Jiří Pech, Member of the Board, PSJ, along with architects David Richard Chisholm and Jan Hřebíček, CMC architects. The construction was commenced on 19 July 2010 and it is due for completion in November 2011.
“I am grateful to The Lord that we could begin the construction of the Residential Park Baarova development in accordance with our time schedule. This development will offer the excellent quality and comfortable living at an attractive address, in completed sections of BB Centrum, complete with excellent transport access to the city centre as well as the outer extremities,” says Radim Passer.
